We begin by holding space. We take the static, the mental load, and the unwritten rules of your business, and we lay them out clearly. Only then do we co-create the infrastructure to hold them.

Day 1 Morning: Vision Mapping

The Focus: Articulation & Clarity

The Process: We sit together (virtually or in person) to extract your workflows. You articulate the "how" and "why" of your business; together we translate it into a structural map

Day 1 Afternoon & Day 2 Morning:

Construction

The Focus: Implementation

The Process: You step back. I go to work in the backend, building your ClickUp hierarchy, creating your automations, and configuring the "pipes" of your new ecosystem

Day 2 Afternoon: Embodiment

The Focus: Training & Handover

The Process: We reconvene for one-on-one training and reflection. Together we assess the outcomes and learn to navigate your new sanctuary, ensuring you feel confident and sovereign within the system

Ongoing Support

A new system requires a new rhythm. To ensure this change sticks, our engagement continues well beyond the intensive.

For one month following our build, we meet for a 1-hour check-in every week.

These sessions are your safety net.

We tweak workflows, answer questions, and ensure you are settling into your new digital home with confidence

A 2-Day Intensive Package Includes:

Deep Strategy Session: 4 hours of dedicated process mapping
Technical Build: ClickUp Hierarchy and List setup and automation wiring
One on One Custom Training: With the option to record the session
4 Weeks of Support: 4 x 60-minute integration calls to guarantee success
